This partner yoga workshop is a great opportunity to deepen your practice as an experienced practitioner, create a special bond with your partner, or have a playful time. Its not limited to lovers. Bring along a family member or friend. This is suitable for beginners. Facilitated by Karen Lenehan from SHARE yoga and Brooke Brunskill from Soul Collective.

The 30-Day Yoga Challenge
Next challenge begins: 1 September 2017
This 30-Day Yoga Challenge involves practicing yoga for 30 days straight. Each week over the month you will be given a daily session consisting of a 10-20 minute yoga sequence which you will continue for that week with variations each day as more dynamic options. You will be joined by a group of Yogi’s and Yogini’s from all across the world in the form of an online Facebook community where can can choose to share your progress. Each week you will also have inspiring contented delivered right to your email inbox to help kick start your week. This challenged is designed for beginners or more advanced students wanting to simply challenge themselves with #yogaeverydamnday.
Couples ‘Love Your Guts’ half-day Retreat, Oura, NSW
Sunday September 24th – 9am-1:30pm
Facilitated by Mindful Foodie and Nutritionist Alex Robinson from Revival Nutrition and Health and Wellness Mentor Brooke Brunskill of Soul Collective. This soul-nurturing and intimate 4.5hr workshop will enhance your awareness of ‘gut health’ and introduce you to practical tools for gut maintenance. You will also explore the spiritual side of gut health by experiencing a nurturing yoga class focused on the solar plexus and sacral chakras, which are the energy center’s surrounding the digestive system. The workshop will close with a massage and sound healing before lunch and a meditative walk up one of the hills at Oura Tipi Stay.
